Integrating into the urban environment where they are located, and minimizing the use and impacts that construction generates. It is always about minimizing the consumption of the natural resources available, reducing energy losses through the proper use of insulation materials and eliminating unwanted gains by using appropriate shading and passive protection systems. As well as the use of natural cooling resources, such as cross ventilation or the use of vegetation and water. Whenever possible, implanted renewable energy systems and energy saving criteria will be used.
